A Butler's Manor takes its name from Christopher's profession. A proper British butler with over 20 years experience, Chris has run estates in both Europe and America. Cancel 60 days or more in advance: deposit is refunded less a 10 percent service charge.* cancels 30-59 days in advance: deposit is refunded less a 20 percent service charge if property is able to re-book the room.* 4-29 days in advance: deposit is nonrefundable unless property is able to re-book the room, in which case, deposit will be refunded less 20 percent service charge.* 72 hours or less: charged the full amount of the reservation. Rather than forfeit 20 percent on a refundable deposit, guest may choose to apply the full deposit to a future reservation within six months. No-shows, late check-ins and early checkouts are responsible for payment of the entire reservation.
